When I retire I plan on helping people with some minor tech support and money management.
Anyone wholly unexposed to a thing will find it difficult at first. It's just that old people are nearly the only folks left for whom computers might be new.
Turned out it was because you had to hold the button down WAY longer than I was used to. But I had to be *shown* that the first time.
Incompetent bosses are a different problem. But it might be a related one and maybe you should be more kind about it.
