I remember the days when less that 5% unemployment was considered undesirable as it meant that there was restricted movement of labour. Perhaps this explains why it is so hard to fill vacancies.

An "adverse environment" like the one that is being destroyed for this endless growth in consumption on a finite planet? We're already way beyond multiple earth system sustainability boundaries. We urgently need #WealthRedistribution and #Degrowth if we want a livable future.
