I can't prove it to you, but if you have discovery+, go to today's stage of the women's TDU and go to 27.9km to go. Go to the language settings (little speech bubble at the bottom right) and set it to ambient sound.
It sounds a heck of a lot like they added heli sounds to that drone.
But now you’re talking about today. Not TdF. Yes, today they added the drone ambiance track and simply placed the sound of the helicopter feed over it. Something like that is easy.
