Whispering Slab showcases the beginning of their interactions. On the Derelict, Drifter is in the process of packing up. He intends to leave Sol before everything goes to hell. Eris requests his help interpreting the darkness, and they form a pact. It’s the origin of “Moondust.”

Contact - Io: Eris and Drifter narrate the public event. There’s an entire video of dialogue between them, and this is where their dynamic for the season is really established. Their alliance is testy—we see the first appearance of the nickname “Moondust.”

In this interaction, Eris uses one of Drifter’s previous names, Germaine, for the first time. He brushes it off in typical Drifter fashion. She also refers to him as a “meretricious rogue.”

Reading this thread was a nice trip down memory lane. I missed some of those smaller points like Eido visiting Eris's abode but the overall change in each other is so nice.
