Hermione spends the whole night examining Draco's words in search of an insult, so by the time they arrive at the palace she's exhausted.
"So tonight was good," Draco says carefully, for some reason following her to her room.
"I'm tired," she murmurs.
"Okay. Let's go to bed."

Hermione glares at her friend.
"But I don't want to sleep with him. I mean, I do but... Not until recently. And people don't know that."

"And you don't?" Ginny asks, raising her eyebrows skeptically.

How she can't call what they're doing anything other than sex, because if she were to name it, to label it... Then that would mean she actually has feelings for a King who represents everything she hates.
