The lawsuit is bullshit but Bungie is still a piece of shit company. If there was any justice in the world they'd win but still have to pay damages to players for removing paid DLC.

Bungie owe me personally about £200 in removed DLC by my count. I'm not touching the game until it's either added back in or I get my money back.

I wouldn't touch it even if they did add it back/refunded me. They've clearly shown they don't care and the only reason there probably won't be a Destiny 3 after FS is because they're struggling so hard to stay afloat. Normally I don't root for megacorps but I hope when Sony eats them it's painful.
