Having lived in Canada, and with relatives in Vancouver, Ottawa, and Kingston, it’s shocking to see any Canadians adopting the MAGA BS. Then again, I’m disgusted to see how Trump has taken over the US, now foolish country. I worked for the US government for 30 years and now wonder what it was for.

You’re right. Having been a history buff all my life, I’m flabbergasted how little most American have studied history. I’m afraid it will get worse as more state-supported “public” schools add religion (only Christianity) to the curriculum at the expense of “useless” subjects like history and math.
