I was confident through most of the year, but I remember them eating teams alive that January and just matter of factly saying “yeah they’re gonna win the Cup.” That’s a consensus top 3 post-lockout team, though. What a magical season and run.

I remember thinking that COVID was going to ruin this core’s chance at winning a cup and then they won a few years later. So I still have hope. At least until they lose on Saturday
