realized i own one of these: i have two Switches (feels disgustingly bourgeois to admit) because i bought the first one when ACNH came out + i got so deep into it i wanted a second island, which you can only get with a second Switch. literally an Animal Crossing Machine.

i would say *most* of my nintendo handhelds over the course of my life (GB, GBA, DS) were purely pokemon machines. i played a lot of other GBA games, but emulated them all on pc, and played pokemon on 3DS (along with other games) too
