Max, my best friend, after battling an illness has just passed away gently in his sleep. Here he is a few nights ago after we came back from a long walk. He was always a beautiful dog, not just to the eye but in our hearts. 😢 we are heartbroken 😢

Oh Stranger, what a gorgeous bear of a hound. I can relate to your sadness. I lost my big big bear 12 mths ago. I'm so sorry Max will no longer be by your side .

Max is gorgeous. I love old dogs. Like old people, they've seen it all. And then they leave us which is the way of things but gee it can hurt. Take a hug stranger
