Another piece of the future Bref Cloud landing
Unlike most SaaS, there's no "Meet the team", that's just me. I'm trying to turn that into an advantage and a good differentiator.
What is your reaction if you read this on a SaaS? Any advice?

At WorkAdventure, we do this and I know clients love us being easily reachable. I don't know if we lost clients because it can make the team look small though.
Yeah I think I need to embrace this, just need to be careful with how I word it I guess
I need to address that concern too. I'm thinking about adding a section about reliability/risks, TL/DR:
- hosting is 100% AWS (in your account), not me/Bref Cloud
- easy to "eject" as it's all CloudFormation
Do you think that covers most concerns?
It will not solve:
- scaling support / maintenance / consulting
- what happens if you stop working on this (including accidents, see "bus factor")
That's why some companies work with large SSII in France, for example. And, yes, it's a lie, as devs knowing their projects leave the SSII after a while. But it's supposed to be the SSII's problem 😅.
Bref Cloud can be self-hosted ($$$ plans). The contracts could include a guarantee to get the self-hosted version in case the project shuts down.
