The EEOC has been unfunded for so many years. They were never any more than an extreme long shot.

How is this possible? They're ignoring SCOTUS decisions now?

An absolutely gratuitous and inflammatory move.

And here I thought “with prejudice” meant something different in law.

But this sure is an action with prejudice in it, in the non-law sense, too.

They’re hoping to challenge Bostock in the SC.

Clearly someone should sue again. Maybe they’d rewrite precedent, but we should make them do that if they’re gonna do it.
