The one moment in the Omega/Cassidy/PAC triple threat where PAC has Cassidy in the Rings of Saturn, and Cassidy is refusing to tap but he's waning, and Omega is kicking PAC in the face but he's refusing to release the hold... so Omega just takes out the ref to be safe.
