I think they're gonna make him take the L here and then have him get it the second time. Personally I'd make the Death Riders cost DG the title as an offer for Jack to join, AND to kick DG up the next level and make him win it next time, similar to what they did to Private Party.

Yeah I think so too. It's only logical that Jack is gonna want to find protection, the same way he did joining The Elite. The whole concept of his character is people turning their backs on him. I'm actually perfectly fine with Jack Perry's title rain, I know some people have had opinions on it, I don't mind it. That being said, I think it's time for Garcia to start moving up the ranks and starting with TNT title makes sense.

It shouldn’t. Makes more sense for Jack to retain to hold his messaging of “you’re not ready” true.

One thing they do in AEW very well that is underrated are rematches and third matches. I’m always fine if someone loses because I know their rematch and build up is going to be 🔥

I like the idea of DG coming up short, as to prolong the story. Then run an angle with Copeland returning and telling DG "Do you really want that belt? Because when I return soon, I'm gunning for it." Adds just another layer on top of the story.

I definitely hope it happens. It certainly feels like it's time he got a big PPV win. Him winning the TNT title also shifts some power to the "pro AEW" clan that DG is aligned with and that's good for the story. Also he's a hometown hero so yeah, get that W, Danny. #aew

Honestly? I hope it does. I think the titles need to changes hands a bit more often and the Elite stuff fizzling out is a good reason to shift titles around IMO.
