They've also taken down their Leadership page listing the people on their board of directors, and CEO.

I have blue cross and when I had to have surgery due to a motorcycle accident. I spent months in full on anxiety wondering if they’d cover my claims. The first 2 claims I saw posted totaled $80k. All I could think was my life is over if they don’t cover this

I saw a pretty compelling argument that it was probably a hit ordered by the wife or a rival. Mainly, the fact he's not from NYC and CEOs schedules are often kept on a need to know basis.
