i have found myself with an excess of home made lavender syrup. i found a fleur de lis cookie cutter on sale for cheap and went "yeahhhh YEAH SAINT-14 COOKIE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!" but did not have the foresight of realizing cookies dont take much syrup at all . - ThreadSky

i made lavender lemon cookies. i dont like lemon. the cookies are about my limit for lemon intake. theyre fine but im not keen on the idea of making them again. unfortunately many of the recipes im finding to use up this syrup are lemon heavy. help

Lavender shortbread doesn't typically need lemon. I have a recipe in a book I own, but I'd need to take a picture

It’s great in all sorts of drinks! I’ve had lavender lattes and teas (so good with earl grey) and even hot cocoa. Honestly anything you’d use sugar in you can likely substitute a syrup (esp if it’s 1:1)

Ah yeah I love lavender in anything and everything so I always order it if they have it at coffeeshops! You could also likely use the syrup to make ice cream, if you know how? Or freeze it into ice cubes and then pop those into lemonade or iced teas or coffee later on!
