We have not yet seen the court documents. The Egale press release claims the health bill, just passed this week, violates three sections of the Charter, as well as Alberta’s newly amended Bill of Rights, which incl. the right not to be coerced into medical treatment without consent #AbLeg #AbPoli

2sLGBTQ+ groups immediately challenged Sask's education bill, and the Sask. Party gov't invoked the notwithstanding clause, which allows the province to override Charter rights for 5 years.
