2sLGBTQ+ groups immediately challenged Sask's education bill, and the Sask. Party gov't invoked the notwithstanding clause, which allows the province to override Charter rights for 5 years. It's terrifying to know all individual rights could be ended for 5 years. Anti-trans bills are setting the stage to end rights of the LGBTQ2S persons and women.
