And when I say overall prospects I’m meaning all positions, at QB he’s 2 or 3 depending on who’s asking and this QB class is relatively weak amongst others so it all dept on how other teams view him and if they feel that he can prosper in that specific system, he can be good idk about great yet

Also, they are only very critical of black QBs like this. We have seen plenty of white QBs come through that he is better than and didn’t even get 1/4 of this criticism.

You aren’t wrong historically, but his case is a bit different coming from having a famous father who doesn’t shy away from the light and he doesn’t as well so you get another Target on top of being a black QB, also his white counterparts aren’t seen as being good in comparison got the most part

I just think nobody can predict the future. He has the potential to be a great player. He just needs people to help him develop. I also just don’t like this attitude that these teams, who again can’t afford to be picky, are just taking the stance like they can afford to.

All draft picks are a gamble but you have to trust your evaluations, and how well he interviews matters as well, you can’t just draft a QB for the sake of drafting a QB, it’s really not that easy to find a franchise QB, for example the Steelers drafting Kenny in a weak class.

I get what you’re saying. Teams do have to have somebody who fits with them. But it’s interesting that he’s getting pick apart for things that other QBs who have got drafted before had.

Yeah but it happens every year with someone new, also when you’ve been in the spotlight for as long as he did that’s guaranteed to happen so therefore all of his weaknesses get amplified, but it is worth noting that all the other QB’s have been evaluated enough to know this whole group is ehh

Yeah the overall QB draft class isn’t amazing but it comes down to development & how much these organizations are willing to pour into their player.

It’s always going to be that but end of the they have to evaluate and deem if his talent is worth it at that spot in the draft
