Why is kingambit not on that list? You need to hold the leader crest to evolve a bisharp, right? Gholdengo as well, both need to use an item

In order for a Bisharp to evolve, it has to defeat 3 Bisharp holding the Leader's Crest, but it doesn't have to hold one itself.

In fact, if you give it one to hold, it won't get consumed the way Sharp Claw does for Sneasel when it becomes Weavile or the Oval Stone when Happiny becomes Chansey.

So, while an argument can be made that it still technically needs an item for evolving, since it doesn't consume it, it's not the same as every other Pokémon that uses an item to evolve. (Even Gimmighoul consumes all Gimmighoul Coins to become Gholdengo.)
