This work is relevant to #anti-amyloid therapy outcomes. Even with low #tau #tangles, upon #amyloid clearance, cognitive deficits can be due to #Lewy body pathology:

1.Patient selection for treatment should account for Lewy bodies
2.Treatments should tackle them in the future
