Hi, can anyone who has TITS (Twitch integrated throwing system) help?
Long story short: I bought mine forever ago, no longer works. Updating crashes it. Tried having https://itch.io send me my purchased products to me email, but can't redownload cause can't log in.
Contacted support a MONTH AGO, nothing.

Again: Would not do this if support actually responded, but it's been a month now and they have not replied despite multiple emails and proof of purchase.
