It's a little niche, but in the 1938 Disney version of The Brave Little Tailor, there's a scene where the giant drinks from a well Mickey's hiding in, there's a shot of him hanging from the bucket in the giants stomach which altered my brain chemistry lol
I love a whole bunch of size games, as I said above I really love dimdom, I've also put a bunch of time into @darelooks.dev's Pawperty Damage, as well as a bunch of other games! For reference, I have a folder on my pc that's nothing but almost 200gb of size games :>

Well, it did convince me to fly halfway across the country to meet up with other folks in the community for some of the most fun I've had in my life, so I'd say it's heavily affected me lol
