My husband is my best friend … sometimes he sleeps in another room because I just can’t sleep and his breathing is keeping me awake. I love him for that. Keep sharing it might help someone 🕊️✨

Space is healthy and takes a level of self confidence and security. Codependency is unhealthy. One of the reasons I felt my wife was so different from other women I dated before her was because she didn't "need" me. It was okay for us to be apart and it still is.

I also wanted to add it is important to remember when there is a commonality amongst women it’s often to patriarchy that pounded that into our minds.

I continue to unlearn toxic patriarchical mind traps.
