Added #Fatui CryoGunners and their weapons and in addition the hydro gun as an upgrade, I might add the hydro varient aswell as another varient that just uses both but that's for a futur version
in addition gotta make this weapon and its upgrade do smth so I'm testing a freeze elemental reaction
