I was so so so tired the past few months, but due to my last iron IV procedure being just a year ago my doc wouldn't run new tests. I BEGGED 2w ago, she finally agreed. Tests came back and my values were at 23 (adult woman should minimally hit 120) LMaOoOoo

Peeps, if you feel fatigued, sleepy, pissed, depressed, unable to get your ass to do anything… before you think something is mentally wrong, check your values, even if you checked not too long ago. Our bodies are weird.

Damn this sucks! Sending u best wishes.
I was super fatigued last 6 mo too til I found out it's my thyroid + insulin res. Even then docs were like "no, it's still fine, no prescription". Wasn't fine if I couldn't crawl out of the bed every day. 4 doctors later, they finally gave me prescription.

This is too real. I'm sorry you have this issue as well! I have severe iron deficiency anemia and have to get an infusion every few months. My body can't hold onto its stores and my ferritin always ends up plummeting down to around 12 again. Nobody knows why! It's so frustrating. *labored hug*
