Humans, yes. People that break the law are humans. Lawlessness never works and unfortunately many humans are here illegally, therefore are illegals. When you have family that works in Homeland Security... a dangerous job, that IS the title used. Some good, some criminal, but all illegal. 😔

Remember "contact, trace, test" during the first phase of COVID? This is standard epidemiological protocol during an outbreak. It ended up not working to contain COVID b/c it was already too seeded in the population. So what's going on with contacting, tracing, & testing in West Texas?

There is very little possibility that local public health departments have the capacity to do this level of contact tracing and testing. I would assume that, in prior large outbreaks, the federal gov't sends resources, including personnel. What's happening now?

This is happening in an area where vaccination rates are low. Likely every infected person is infecting SEVERAL… If we had a functional national response then teams would already be on their way because those hospitals will be slammed.
