Who thinks Trump will manufacture a crisis to obtain emergency powers from Congress (before he dismantles it) in order to exact his retribution against citizens?

When he puts any of his 2025 agenda in play, there will be a crisis. In fact, more than one. Unfortunately, when a crisis happens in his admin, no one in his WH will be competent to manage. And then the chaos & cruelty & disfunction will only get worse. That's when we will see the true oligarchy.
