Not that I don't think people displaced by the fires shouldn't have every ounce of help available offered to them, but didn't Airbnb JUST refuse to refund a woman for not wanting to attend her reservation near one of the affected emergency fire zones? Talk about mixed signals from this company 😵‍💫

ETA: Looks like they did end up refunding the woman after getting skewered on social media for it and being contacted by some news outlets, so that's something I guess.
