How on earth can a man approach an unacquainted female on a dark road and ask "Would you like me to walk you to your destination?" without frightening her silly?
There'd have had to be at least some sort of interaction previously, or a clear emergency in that moment, for anything like that sort of approach to be thinkable.
Evidently only about half of violent crime is reported.
May want to checkbthese in 4 years, assuming women will be permitted to report it.
I'm not interested enough to figure out the total crime numbers and then this proportion, as I'm more interested in whether potential violence against women going forward and whether it will be reported.
