I am so tired of dealing with diabetes at work this week. I don't know if it's just Control IQ that's the problem or if I need to change my basal rates or change what I eat for breakfast.

I eat chia seed pudding for breakfast (2Tablespoons chia seeds, 1 tablespoon stevia, cinnamon, milk, almond or vanilla extract), I eat three of those as I'm trying to hit 30grams of fibre per day the rda - chia seeds are 90% insoluble fibre which doesn't convert to sugar
