As had been said numerous times, it is not a panacea, simply another useful harm reduction tool that improves outcomes + wellbeing through community scaffolding. There are some presenting this as a cure for drug deaths. That is not what this is. Success will be a buy in from the local users.

Evaluation will cover this but based on other similar services I expect it will be slow at the beginning until people become familiar with the service and then it will pick up.
