I've noticed this decreasing - not. % under thirty. Yes fertility in some economies is down but we are a hell of a long way from depopulation globally.

The problem with articles and studies like these is that they focus on an "aging society". This is a temporary bubble on a course to a more balanced, smaller society. Focus also needs to be placed on what happens after this bubble passes.
