"Olive Oil-Braised Chickpeas and Accidentally Blackened Tilapia": These chickpeas are a decadent-tasting favorite from Food 52. Though the fish looks a bit carcinogenic, it was fabulous; sprinkling of garlic, smoked paprika, and salt, then fried in olive oil. 😙🤌 #cooking #dinner 🍽️ 🍜
