Councillor Colle also made it clear that he does not understand how property taxes work and thinks that MPAC assessments will change how much tax people pay. This is like the most basic error about the budget.

For those who understandably don't want to watch it back, councillor Perks said he's opposed to the parking levy because he's to all consumption taxes (because they tax workers while income taxes[???] tax owners) and also opposed all pigouvian taxes as starve the beast conservatism. Very confusing.
