Felt silly that I didn't catch onto Azir earlier bc he's clearly *not* a void ethereal! Pointing this out has been met with a lot of confusion, so figured I'd put a side by side together. Azir is more blue (arcane) & Saprish/Locus-Walker/Ky'veza are all purple (void) under their bandages - ThreadSky

Most all Shadowguard ethereals (the guys on Argus that allied with Xal'atath in Dragonflight) use void models because they succumbed to the void. So it should've been *obvious* that Azir wasn't on Xal'atath's side... because he doesn't use a void model! He's a regular ethereal :)

Ethereals are so cool. makes me wonder what other types there could be. is it possible to be composed of life energy a la Eonar? or even death energy for that matter. just bandage bound pure pestilence
