Here's one of the reason I like Outertale much more than Undertale: Yellow. In UTY, most regular encounters take 2 Acts at the minimum. Most Undertale monsters only take 1. I do like how OT Froggit requires 2 Acts due to translating your message, but most of 'em, at least early on, only require one.
