it's cool. honestly i'm eternally annoyed that video editing software doesn't have built-in checkers for this stuff, and it is kind of a sliding scale with some folks being more or less sensitive.

i happen to have a mteric because whatever part of my brain is responsible for migraines also reacts in response to the kind of thing that (i think?) could set off an epileptic. it's not dangerous at all it's sort of like breifly touching a hot thing but with my eyes.
