hey anyone who lives in seattle you need to go to Yalla, it's a Palestinian takeout restaurant, i went when i visited last summer and i am HAUNTED by how good the batinjan & labneh wrap there was....best eggplant i've ever eaten (& tons of other vegetarian options too)
