Is there a reason why recycle bin does not show up in Win 11 search?
I used to be able to just type "windows key + rec" + enter to get into the recycling bin rapidly. Basically it was nice to access the bin without mouse movement and revealing the desktop. This seems not possible anymore?

Mine constantly adds new audio output instances of my monitor and for some reason insists on making my microphone the standard audio output when it's supposed to be input.
I want to switch to Linux so badly but not happening without 100% game & program compatibility.

I know, I know, "works on my machine" isn't very helpful. maybe it's something to do with how search checks directories?
It seems really specific to capital letters, spaces, and what second of the day you decide to search for it.
There's something odd with your indexing, possibly.
Found someone else who was lacking it and there's a work around to bring it back here - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/cant-find-recycle-bin-from-start-menu/0c200a89-f32f-48f1-85bb-44b447fbf3f9
The transition was hard at first but I could never go back to Windows for general computing at this point.
That being said, I have used and/or tested many distros over the years. They all do the same thing. Other than from a preference/enjoyment perspective, I don't think it matters much as long as you pick something somewhat mainstream.
Why? Only Redmond knows.
