You should be scared & angry. You should also be livid that Musk has gained access to your records (but, that is another topic). But, you cannot be angry at Canada & Mexico. They have refused to comply & capitulate to Carrot Caligula and his malevolent monsters.
Not all people in red states voted for this. Plenty of people in red states vote blue but unfortunately, we get overshadowed by conservatives all the time. It's gonna hit us who voted blue, too

Oh, I'm angry at a ton of people who are for the tariffs. I'm trying to find a job that will either make me more money or have me in a stable position when things go south. Probably won't leave my job anytime soon but we'll see

The targeting of RED states should be to hold the legislators accountable. It’s unfortunate that Dems in Red States are casualties but the senators and reps need to get the message.
A lot of people in SC *HATE* Nancy Mace, but she was elected as a rep due to gerrymandering 🤦♀️ A lot of people send letters calling out issues to her and other people but it feels like speaking into a void
It’s also NOT fair that Republican senators in RED states are voting to confirm unqualified people like Pete Hegseth to be head of DOD which puts Blue State citizens like me in danger!
I get it, it's absolutely not fair. I say this as veteran, too. I've written to Nancy Mace on many occasions to ask her to stop what she's doing, but even writing to her is not enough 🤦♀️ More people need to write to her or other senators in SC specifically
It is not about you individually. The tariffs are absurd. Despite the pain that they will cause you personally or SC as a state or even the nation. We must stand and be grateful to Canada and Mexico for not capitulating to Carrot Caligula and his malevolent minions. ¡Viva México! Vive le Canada!
