During Obama’s final speech as POTUS, he mentioned how fragile & important democracy is. I’ve lived and seen democracy my entire life so I didn’t understand why he kept on about it. Since it’s all I knew, I took it for granted. Now i understand, democracy and freedom shouldn’t be taken for granted
