would it be bad to bring my cals back up to 1400/1500 on certain days on my period + then bring it back down after? im struggling w restricting atm and aah #edsky

Honestly I don’t think that is bad at all! That’s what I typically do when I’m on my period, it sucks trying to hold back especially when you’re already in pain and literally bleeding! You deserve to feel good! <33
bring cals up is great either 1 week a month or one day a week:) i like to do mine sunday (unless i have smth else planned) because thats my heaviest work day. it helps with metabolisim so you avoid plateaus and also you can eat a food youve really wanted so you avoid cravings.
