The atmosphere at SJP is so poor and likely worse at any new ground.
The problem is no route to the game for teenagers and young adults, especially grouped together. My lad is 12 and in 5-6 years should be with a group of pals pissed up making a racket.

Can’t remember who, but I read about a club that transfers first adult tickets at 16-18 to a designated area and it created an unplanned singing section that worked well.
As a non season ticket owner it sometimes feels sacrilege to criticise the atmosphere or the loyalty of long term season ticket holders.
Expectation to win is an issue IMO. No clear solution but a new ground fills me with dread.
Groups of fans moving around, singing, creating an atmosphere. No scope here with people locked to seats for decades.
