A fair part of SEO is "technical",
and the majority of tech-seo isn't entities etc.,
it's access and consolidation and performance.
So I get it - to a degree,
but SEO has ended up quite broad,
with lots of tiny factors.
CWV improvements improve user behaviors, which are generating user signals assigned to your ENTITY
The first example kind of makes sense regarding "entity" as in topic/domain noun (5 pages about Paris).
The second seems to focus on the site/business as the entity.
Onsite and offsite but both connected to ENTITY

It doesn’t matter if we add EVERY feature requested, if they don’t actually apply anything that changes that core ENTITY data, then nothing changes for their performance.
