1) Zane focus. He hasn’t been written well in 5 yrs, Indimt have hope for this season to change that
2) the five are nothing villains and seem really boring as main antagonists
3) recent descriptions hint at Morro potentially getting Arin back in the team which would ruin that whole story imo

besides:
- Focus ninjas aren't a thing anymore, sure he might get lots of focus or not at all, just bcs he's on the boxart doesn't mean he will be the focus
- We have seen almost nothing of the Five yet
- Morro COULD have a part of turning arin back, but I don't expect it to be that quickly wrapped

Zane’s focus on season one was him having one good moment and the rest of the show doing fuck all to follow up on it. Like they’ve proven time and time again that they can’t write Zane in an interesting way, and a certain season proved they don’t do much better with returning villains

He got one ep where they set up a potential story and then they left him to rot for another 27 episodes. The Zane day stuff was fine but like if that’s the best they can do, it doesn’t inspire confidence for a Zane story

Exactly, we've seen time and time again how dedicated they are to making the best stories they can. I don't understand why people still don't have faith in them, ESPECIALLY considering they put out 2 of Ninjago's best seasons coming off of its absolute worst writing wise.
