This is why I only use one headphone at a time when I'm working.
Unless, like, I'm out in the yard. Then I use both or neither. Shits noisy out there, sometimes I need ear plugs in or my ears ring the rest of the day.
This is so real!! 😆 sometimes when my phone is low battery and I don’t bring my charger I bring my whole big phone holder car thing and plug that into my computer 😆😆
You are so brave <3 for awhile I wouldn’t tbh!! But since I’m doing a billing job now I find using my AirPods to listen to crime podcasts helps me stay on track 😭
certain jobs I don’t mind as much because I’ve learned over the years that they would let you go in a HEARTBEAT if it came down to it, regardless of bills, living situation etc, (at least where I live) but other jobs that are more team based or I really need to make a good impression, I gotta
oh yeah if it’s like a heavy team environment it makes it even harder😭 like when i was working at a summer camp there was no shot i would be able to skip a day🤧 my last job tho if i was headphone-less i dont think id make it through the day
I work with 1 other guy. Old white guy. He listens to right wing "news" and podcasts all day on his phone at max volume. He has hearing loss from shooting guns and not wearing hearing protection. I have left work while clocked in to go buy a charger and cable for my buds. Worth the risk.
Bruh. This sounds like the 8th layer of HELL. I am so sorry you have to deal with this. This shouldn’t be allowed at work.. lol also this is so smart I need to keep one at work honestly 😭
