Regarding the jury verdict, the jury did not find Trump liable for rape and instead found him liable for a lesser degree of sexual abuse.

Iirc, the judge said that what he did is “rape” in the colloquial sense, just not technically in the legal sense, but ok I guess. He’s “just” a proven sexual abuser.
