Average ♂️ has more upper body strenght than 99% women so assistant machine gunner or a howitzer loader is not a job for most female soldiers.
Plenty of other vacancies in the military tho.
I would not mind female awacs crews to guard sky over my country 🇵🇱.
There are US Navy ♀️pilots etc.

There are more jobs than gunners or loaders. In artillery alone, there are around 2,000 women.
The whole idea that women can't drive trucks or tanks do logistics, engineers, coordinating, battlefield Intelligence, the list goes on ...
Removing women out of the military is just stupid.

Actually men only have 24% more upper body strength. If the military is too stupid to figure out loading techniques based upon available soldiers, then there’s no hope. The Soviets found women pilots made the correct decisions in combat 70% of the time, vs men at 30%. Right person in the right job.

It's interesting to note that Aust Special Forces are trained to take out female terrorists in operations, first. It's found that they are the most dedicated to fight.

The US military is still stuck in the 18th century. Typical military training won’t work. You can’t browbeat women into performance, it just makes them angry.

Israeli Defence Forces employ deaf and epilepitcs, there are female tank units, there is plenty of job opportunities for fit women in the military.
The upper body strenght difference between men and women is really huge.

Physical strength is only necessary in some roles. Men make too much of the strength difference to hide their shortcomings in poor decision making in combat.

It is interesting to note that marginalized minorities are significantly over represented in the ranks, and females are significantly underrepresented, this might signal a perceived degradation of women’s standing in society.

While good for the military, this could be a very bad thing.
