One of the things we need to do is persuadeDems to do the things they are empowered to do with the platform and power they have.

I'm a goofy little guy with a web show that has roughly 600 followers; I would *love* to do something impactful, but unlike the Dems, there's not much I can do.

Well, I involving myself in 3 different organizations/movements to pushback against this nonsense.

But the reason I feel like "doomposting is counterproductive" is it's like an outlet for all the anger and helplessness we feel, but it releives that pressure without us actually doing anything.

No, hey - it's a valid enough question and asked politely.

And my answer is going to have to be, for now, that while almost all of us can always stand to ask if we could be doing MORE, we should also each be willing to accept - where we trust- that not everything "more" ought to be "more public."

2) Good luck on whatever you are doing. You put in LONG hours on projects and with THIS insanity I feel like things often have to start over from from scratch.

Last week I was working on a "Trump reminds me of every shady car dealer" and now that bit is gone.
